About Us

Why are we special?

We use traditional charcoal fire to grill our steaks. This brings out rich smoky flavours.

Fire brings us memories of warmth and love. We know what it is like to be hungry and cold. When times are bad, we rely on the fire of family to keep us going. Customers are like family to us. Our hearts are warmed as customers enjoy their food in Stirling Steaks.

At Stirling Steaks, you can eat the ENTIRE COW – we offer 10 types of Steak Cuts! These cuts range from ribeye, tenderloin, T-Bones to Tomahawk.

What is so special about charcoal-grilled steaks?

Our steaks undergo the baptism of fire using the finest sawdust charcoal. During grilling, we sear our Stirling Seasoning into the steaks. This ensures maximum taste and flavour in the meat. All our steaks are slow grill to the doneness of your liking.

We serve our juicy steaks with our homemade Stirling Sauce – blended with mushroom, pepper and other in-house ingredients. Avocado butter is adorned on our steaks to give an extra buttery melt-in-your mouth delight.

We source the finest meat globally. Great flavour begins with the best ingredients – happy, grass-fed cattle. We believe cows should be allowed to roam freely so that muscles can be developed fully. The result is more tender meats. We do not use hormonal injections in our cows. Our meats are organic and high quality.

Where are our steaks from?

They are from Australia and carefully selected from farms with the following key criteria. This ensures our steaks are served fresh with the right amount of tenderness and quality.

1. Free-range
As humans, we prize freedom. Likewise, we believe it is also more ethically and morally right for cows to enjoy the same freedom to graze the land. Cows will be able to roam freely, allowing muscles to develop fully, resulting in better marbled, tender meats. Cows are also likely to be healthier and less susceptible to diseases.

2. No antibiotics
While antibiotics are sometimes necessary to help treat cattle, it can be oftentimes be abused with unintended adverse effects. For example, injecting antibiotics means animals has to be restrained long enough so that the antibiotics can be safely administered. This may lead to undue stress in the cows, leading to more acidic content in the meat and higher haemoglobin levels (red blood cells).

3. No hormones
We are a firm believer in rearing quality organic cows, and accordingly turn down any cattle which are fed with hormones, such as estrogen and testosterone, to make cows grow faster. We fear the residual effects of these hormones when these meats are consumed by humans, especially in children.

4. Pasture-fed
Cows which feed on grass usually have a stronger gamier taste and. Nothing beats having a cow growing up on a steady diet or natural, energy-rich grass.
